Kids are moved out, Wife is retired and I work so she can stay retired, the cooking thing i just picked up along with all the grills as a hobby!  :)

My agreement with V is...I do the cooking, she does the cleaning.
I do try to keep my cook area (kitchen or deck) clean as I cook, but after meals she takes over the cleanup of whatever is left. 
I usually offer to help cleanup after the meal but not always. :D

That sounds like a great deal to me!
