Cut an 8 lb pork loin in half and rubbed both halves with EVOO and seasoned them with Fagundes Seasonings. Been using Fagundes a lot cause I'm at my Nephew's house and I don't have access to my spices. It works great - in the last few days I've used it on antelope backstraps, beef tri-tips, and now on pork loins. I also use it on chicken, eggs, etc instead of salt and pepper.

Wrapped one half of the pork loin with a bacon weave and secured the bacon with some toothpicks. Roasted the pork loin roasts at 350ºF until the IT reached 145ºF
