I just downloaded it.
It looks like they produced that book in 1922 as a way to promote their meat curing product, "Freeze-Em-Pickle." Some things have changed since it was written; meat curing products, refrigeration, regulations, etc., but it'll make a great read none-the-less.
Ironically you can still buy "Freeze-Em Pickle, now made by Frisco Brand Spices.
