Melt the butter and spin it 1st. You can use a zip lock also.
Next the rest of the stuff. You can use what ya got.
Rack em or however you want.
My smoker only goes to 200* If your goes higher you can do between 225-250 for 1.5-2 hrs.
I'm going with apple smoke. When they are done smoking put on a cookie tray to cool. Dont worry about shelf life because they wont last that long.
