Ring 'o Wings
« Reply #-1 on: March 07, 2019, 08:17:40 PM »
Was a really nice day today.  Sunny and almost 60º.  Plus it's between Ash Wednesday & the first Friday of Lent (fish-fish).  So I grabbed a family pack of wings from Sam's.  Air dried in the fridge overnight, then a little EVOO and some Big Dick's Margarita Rub . . .

Picked up some new steam in the bag veggies at Sam's also.  These have pearl onions and asparagus.  Steamed for 4 minutes, then finished off with some lime juice in the skillet.

I finished off about a dozen of 'em.

Nice looking plate.   I have ribs to cook this weekend and now you have me wanting wings!
I really like the Pearl onions too.  Those were one of our "fix ups" on bake yourself pizzas when I worked offshore.
