We have one like that, Ray, and it is pretty easy to empty and clean.  I like that the oil is filtered as it goes into the storage unit.  We have had no problem with ours.

It runs thru a filter, into the container.  Remove the container and put it in the fridge.  You can reuse ot 3 - 5 times, I believe.   You'll know when it time.
