Wow those bones are perfect, would like to hear more about your Mac & Cheese ;D

Boil up 1lb of your favourite pasta.
In Microwave , put 2TB butter and 2TB flour, on high 30 seconds
add 1 Cup milk, microwave 3 minutes on High.
if mixture does not thicken microwave an additional 30 seconds to a minute.

Add about 1 Cup Velveeta (cubed) and 2+ Cups cheese - cheddar, mozzarella, whatever you have around.
Add Salt, pepper, and dry mustard to taste.
Stir, microwave an additional 2 to 2.5 minutes

Combine with pasta, and serve.

Sorry about the US measurements...

Thank you, I'm not so young that I can't convert ;D
