Mardi Gras day 2
« Reply #-1 on: February 11, 2013, 09:50:02 AM »
Long day, pretty continuous parades from noon till 9:PM.
Heated up a couple whole butts I had cryovac I in my daughters appt in the oven at 200F.
Served with rolls, mustard mayo & pickles .
The smell was so wonderful , you could smell it outside her door & several people stuck there head it to ask what the smell was!
Hope my liver survives the next two days ::)

John, I think I went to Mardi Gras once, can't remember. That was before the days of digital photography so luckily no evidence remains.
