SEVENTEEN pound pan of lasagna..
90 minutes of hardwood smoke at 275*..
Hammertime.

Beautiful. Lasagna on Christmas eve was a long time tradition in our home. Thanks for the wonderful memories. Now smoked --- thats a new idea for me.
