Those that don’t recognize our national holidays you should be ashamed. It’s National Grilled Cheese Day. Therefore I shall make a grilled cheese.

slept right through the day.  celebrated early.  maybe next week also.

I am having leftover pulled pork sandwiches for lunch.  I can always throw some cheese on one, butter the bun and press it in the skillet.
