Some sausage i help a friend with recently.


I used natural beef middles on 2 of the SS chubs, rest were fibrous.

Thud......Jaw hitting the floor.  Now that is some sausage.  Could you post a bit more on the smoker.  That is a monster smoke house.  How was it constructed, heat source, smoke source.  You know all the goodies that is has.  Yes......I am noisy.   ;D

I dig the curtain of sausage! Much better than drapes or mini-blinds ;)
