I've got some breakfast fixin's going. Bacon and bacon wrapped jalapeƱos.
I didn't even bother stuffing these.

Bacon almost done. I put in a cast iron pan to catch the bacon drippings for the eggs.

Put a couple of eggs on "over easy" and serve that up with the ABT's. Delicious.

Today is family day over at my son's. I cooked yesterday and we will bring them the dinner. Hot here in Texas and he has a pool.

See Ya.

Early Father's Day breakfast, as I have to go out of town for work on the actual day. Eggs and corned beef hash with my family.

Just me tonight. I have some hashbrowns on the stove and a dry aged New York strip seasoned with salt, pepper and a bit ot Tony C's coming up to room temp and since I hate to fire up the grill for just one little steak I have a pound of Conecuh sausage to put on with it. Since it is just me I am cooking it on the gasser. Got some cold beer in the fridge so just a nice quiet simple night.
