First thing on new Grill Grates: Red Snapper
« Reply #-1 on: June 25, 2013, 08:33:36 PM »
My wife beat me to it and got to try out my new grill grates first.  Tonight's dinner was whole Red Snapper:

Grill Grates worked great!  The fish was very moist and very tasty.  First time we've tried red snapper but definitely not the last.  :)

Great looking meal! wish I could get away with that at my house. If I were to plate that up for my wife I would be at the holiday in that evening! :D
