I know i know Ebleskiver is a sweet dish not savory
Ok bring the firing squad
But if you forgive me i will tell you how i did it and it was great and yummy.
First i fried ½ an onion
With 2 cloves of garlic
And a 1 chilli from my wife’s garden
In to a bowl it goes
With
1 Tsp salt
1 egg
1 tsp baking powder
¾ cup milk
¼ tsp cumin
2 slices chopped pastrami
½ cup of smoked cheddar cheese (i smoked it 2 weeks ago)
1 ½ oz melted butter
Mix well
Oil the Ebleskiver with olive oil spray
Medium heat
And follow the photos
