Thanks Don for the recipe..I grew up on Romanian food seeing as my gma and gpa came from Romania in the early 1900's. Gonna try it and see if it's familiar. I know gma raised their own hogs and butchered them too. They had added a room with windows on the front of the garage for a smoking room. It was my dad's job to keep the smoke going, no matter what, or he was dead meat.
I fried up some hot banana peppers till soft one time, then added lots of mozz till it melted, you can add hot pepper cheese too..OMG..smelled just like gma's house. I really like that smell. sure brought back memories.  Pam  .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ
