Tried hat at the Texas State Fair a couple of years ago. They served it with a honey mustard sauce. It was pretty good!

Sometimes I think you can try anything fried at the Texas State Fair! Of course being in Dallas we here all the build up to the fair and the contest for the best new fried dish each year.

Tried that at the Minnesota State fair two years ago.

3 bites and I was sick of it. Did something weird to the bacon.
