Quick Sunday Lunch
« Reply #-1 on: February 09, 2014, 02:42:14 PM »
Needed something quick for lunch, and this was what was in the fridge and thawed.  Double smoked butt portion ham in the [drum roll please] electric smoker.  I needed an excuse to try out the new A-Maze-N tube smoker I picked up on CL the other day.  Chicken thighs on the kettle (with GrillGrates).
