Polish Kabanosy

Got the kabanosy done finally yesterday afternoon.

Minor fat out from another PID failure, Strike 3 for the Auber PID, This is the 3rd time in less than a year. Time to find a better PID.




Hanging for 3-4 days.

Sorry to hear about your PID troubles.  As we talked, you can come off the Green Mountain with some Aluminum drier vent and feed the Bradley.  I bet you will get better heat as it will be in the center and not off the back like the Bradley element.  I bet you can dial that Green Mountain down to get 130 degrees in the Bradley and dial it up to get 170 degrees.  Let us know how it worked.  I think a Green Mountain is in my future for smoking sausage.

I think the kabanosy is as dry as its going to get.
