Got 3 lbs of 85/15 GB mixed for some gb jerky rounds. Stuffing into a 2 1/4" fibrous casing. Freeze the chub until firm, slice into rounds and dehydrate.

This mix is hickory smoke.

Make sure them chubs are almost frozen solid, makes for easy slicing.




After slicing take the casing off the rounds.



Now into the dehydrator. I.m starting at 140 for a few hours then to 160 overnight.

Finished jerky rounds. If you want larger diameter rounds you will need larger round casings.
