Line starts on the left,I think Pappy may be right.But the grain doesnt look tight enough.

I saw a chicken dish on TV for a food joint,that thing was sooooo dry,all I could think of,must be unicorn.Wouldnt see that on this forum!

You really can make a tough POS cut of meat taste like a steak 8)

I really like a good chuck,thats fine flavor.Before fat in meat became a dirty word chuck had lots of fat,man was that a good steak.!!We broiled a ton of it when I was a kid in the 60's.
