After 90 minutes in the Traeger, first 60 minutes in smoke mode (180-200) then 30 minutes at 225 they are ready.
They do have some heat to them but don't call 911 yet, they aren't hot enough to send you to the ER. They do have a nice amount of heat that will keep the beer flowing and I believe they will also go great with some smoked cheese.
