Ole Ed can get five racks plus some boudin......Just leave it to the Louisiana red neck to get the job done...I like watching Ed.

I have done this and it works great..just gotta get some sturdy skewers or make your own. I use the rotisserie stick to hang stuffs on.  Love hanging ribs.  Pam    .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.

Great video. I really like the corn shucking idea - have to try that! I like the kitchen in the garage instead of a work bench... Gives me some ideas for my walk out basement. Thanks for posting.

The microwave corn does work.. we usually put them in the microwave for 4 to 5 minutes per ear, depending on how  young the corn is. It will shuck just like that and taste so good.
That Ed does have a good setup.
