I'm always interested to hear who, where or what got you into preparing this ?

It comes from having an OPEN MIND when it comes to trying new foods! I shared some homemade sausage with a guy at work. He said here try this, my girlfriend is Vietnamese. Along with a couple of other types of sausages. I really enjoyed the taste of the sausage and went on a hunt to find the recipe. Once I found it and figured out what ingredients I needed. I asked if he could get them for me. He said no problem. He wouldn't let me pay him for the ingredients but said if I gave him some of the finished product we would be square. So thats what I did, Gave him 15 squares. He buys them 10 for $6 at the Asian market.

Nice .... my ex brother in law is Japanese, we cooked all sorts of things. One that I still use is a light miso, garlic, ginger, honey, soy sauce glaze on rotisserie, chicken, best though with a free range capon !

Love the "exotic" stuff ! Thanks for this !!!!
