As always, a hat tip to the Seemore's for the original version of this.The mix. I retired my year old jar of jalas, so I used the drippings we save from the bottom of Wickles Pickles jars. Same effect, different pepper.
Stir stir stir.
Go hand-to-hand with 3 pounds of Pistachios, and onto the top rack of the 205° MAK.
Something for the cook to snack on.
We'll check them around 2:30PM, and move to the house oven to finish drying.
