Mixing up 5 lbs. Mixing by hand. This will get a few hand mixing before stuffing into sheep casings. Fridge time is 72 hours before smoking.

Got the Kabanosy ready for stuffing into sheep casings.










All stuffed cover with a damp towel and fridge overnight.



Next day let hang at room temp then into smoker.



Little while later, smoked Kabanosy.


Cut, taste and brown bag and fridge for couple days before vac sealing.
