A week before Easter we got a steal of a deal on a real nice ham. I intended to cook it on the PK grill but the weather turned. Instead it was cooked in the oven in an oven bag with a citrus and Dr Pepper marinade.The ham came out fabulous, but the juices left in the bag made for maybe my best gravy ever. This was frozen until today. It was heated and served over a couple farm fresh eggs sitting atop a couple slices of toasted Health Nut bread. Wow!
