What makes this dinner so cool is that everything came from the .99 cent store produce dept and the salmon was fresh caught frozen, 4 pcs for 5.99
Seasoned some yellow squash with Gary's and Garlic Garni and grilled em up quick
After that we took some seasoned portabellos with WOW and grilled em 3 minutes each side
Wendy added some sauteed green onions and spinach to the gill side of the portabellos

Added the cook more 1/2 grate and set the shrooms on it and put the salmon underneath. The salmon was seasoned heavily with WOW and packed with brown sugar on top. Tossed some hickory/maple/apple/cherry chips for smokey smokey
20 minutes later, I think we got something
Plated up with some mountain beer and some garden salads with chunks of fried bacon and Wendys homemade ranch dressing
