I just recorded and watched that episode this past weekend.  When I saw that I thought of you guys with your PKs.  Then I thought, what kind of grill geek am I that I even recognized it ! ! ! ! !

I liked his use of the "log" vs. a fire brick to create a two zone fire but add some flavor. I also really like the use of butter.
You can't catch a fish if you don't get a line wet...
