I made some stuffed Bell Peppers in the oven that were stuffed with Jambalaya...

Another winner!!  I love the jambalaya stuffed peppers.  I'll have to make that one of these days.  My wife just looked at your pepperoni roses.  She liked them a lot.  Can you tell us how you made them?

I actually did not make them. The lady I rent a room from did. She found a video on YouTube on how to make them.
