Why not. I would eat some of that. Darn wife can't do pork so it is out.
Does she keep kosher? If so- there are beef bacons as well - and they are not bad. They are different than pork bacon - bt good in their own right.

Allergic to pork, peas, and some sea food. Sick to the stomach.  Turkey bacon grows on ya but still not the same thing.
