Pork Steaks the PK Way
« Reply #-1 on: May 06, 2016, 02:50:46 PM »
I was hungry for pork steaks yesterday. So afterwork I stopped at the market and found a nice pack with 2 huge steaks and 2 regular sized, all were about an 1 1/2" thick. Two got vac sealed and put in freezer, while the other two got marinated for an hour in a Korean Kalbi sauce. After the hour they were dried off, and coated with a 50 - 50 blend of 3 Little Pigs Touch of Cherry and Big Ron's Hint of Houston.
The Grill Grates were preheated and waiting for the steaks. They came out both super tender and super tasty. It was a very nice meal with corn on the cob and a nice garden salad.

Gene,
They sure look good!  I don't care what you cooked them on, I could hammer one (or two) of those pork steaks!

Man those look good.  I love pork steaks done on a grill, and that Portable Kitchen looks like it does a great job with them!
