Pork Shoulder almost there.....

8 pound pork shoulder on the PK, 9.5 hours into it, almost there at 198, pulling and wrapping at 205 for an hour and then it's time for a sandwich. Used Kingsford regular along with Kingsford Hickory and one chunk of Apple. Been spraying every hour with apple juice

Now ya know that has to be good.  I like bark and look at the beautiful layer of bark you got there.

The PK is a great smoker......just waiting for the larger model "apparently" in the works at PK ..............
