BOILED ribs for dinner!!!
« Reply #14 on: July 14, 2016, 11:12:32 AM »
My BIL boils ribs.......and they are fall off the bone according to him 8)

"Fall off the Bone Ribs" are over-coocked. Why not just throw the meat in a blender , and add some BBQ sauce - that feed baby, and grandma - with no teeth - "Rib Pudding".... :D :D :D
Boiling ribs just takes out the natural flavor and fats that make for good ribs ;)
You wanna tell him that? He is really strong. 8)

Sure!...But fair warning...I have been known to "train" by throwing a fully loaded Bradley 6-rack smoker about 20 yards.... :D

I was wondering a little on the title, but understand now.

My kids like ribs that just fall off, so I usually cook them longer for them.  Actually, let me clarify - they do not want them mush, but want them really tender.

Otherwise, I like the idea you had for heating them - better than what I do (micro them with a little water...)
