I was just wondering if anyone had any ideas on the best way to clean this porcelain grill grate after cooking. I do run the grill on high for 15 to 20 minutes after cooking till it stops smoking but I was wondering how to get the residue off the grate without damaging it?
Not sure about the porcelain but usually nasty grates need an overnight soak in hot soapy water or a few hours in ammonia before scrubbing.
