New Mercer bread knife

Picked this up the other day based on a review done by America's Test Kitchen. I got to use it today for the first time.

Holy sharpness Batman! This baby is crazy sharp. Think hot knife through butter. Never had a knife handle ripe tomatoes so easily.

Very pleased. Highly recommend.

Looks nice, wonder how it will work on crusty bread. That's the only thing I don't have a good knife for.

I still use the old TV Ginsu knife.......you know after 30 years it still works well...go figure.......I even have a 20 year old knock off of that knife not as good but good......

I do not golf anymore but when I did there was ALWAYS a Pocketfisherman in my bag. Some of the best bass fishing in this country is on golf courses. And because most will not allow fishing, the fish are hungry and the Pocketfisherman is easily concealed.
