I just discovered this forum and immediately recognized that membership was in order. I'm a back yard warrior and have been cooking on a Good-One open range for the last 11 years as well as a Weber kettle.

I just pulled the trigger on a MAK 1 pellet cooker so I'm anxiously awaiting delivery of the new unit

I'm looking forward to getting to know this forum and the good folks on it.
