I think I"m finally getting the hang of these things! These turned out really close to the way I like my ribs. The ingredients in the rub are brown sugar, sugar, paprika, seasoning salt, pepper in that order. I like my rubs with salt low on the list, makes it easier to control the salt/flavor ratio. I think next time I'll use High On Smokes technique here,

This is what I like, not fall of the bone but the bone pulls freely from the meat.
