I wanted to try something a little different with my ribs today so after a YouTube search I came across a BBQ Pit Boys video and now I have some Asian ribs on the grill.
Marinade for two hours:hoisin sauce – ½ Cup
Oyster Sauce – ½ cup
Soy Sauce – ½ cup
Minced Garlic – 4 TBS (double if PAM is over)
cayenne pepper – ½ TSP (I added a little more)
Mopping Sauce about every 30 minutes or so:Soy Sauce – 2 TBS
Honey – 1 heaping TSP
