Mama wanted back ribs for Christmas Eve. Had a co-worker come by with a platter of homemade tamales(beef,chix,cheese and chili) and dinner was all set.
Used T2's bacon rub (friggin Excellent T) and I tossed on just a touch of coffee (Yuban).Foiled em after 3 hours and added a little more of T2's bacon rub (did I mention that is friggin excellent?
) and then finished em up with some of CB sweet and sassy finishing sauce. Used peach wood for smoke.
I sure hope and wish everybody all over the world can eat nice the way we all do.......
