Seen this the other day and had to try it. All I can say WOW this is great PIZZA, no it's not a normal pizza but for a low carb diet it is great!
Just heat cheese on med heat till it starts to melt then add the toppings, use a spatula to tighten the side up and if you can add a cover for a few mins to help set the topping. Remove when you see the sides become slighty brunt, let cool then cut
