Ok so some of you know I’m trying to lower my colesterol and get my health back a bit. So I had something called the impossible burger at a restaurant and loved it. It’s a veg pattie that really taste like beef. Good beef at that I swear by this thing. I’m only able to find it at a food supplier and it’s sold in a brick  form it says. My question is ha anyone ever bought meat that’s meant for burgers in a brick state ? I’m a little nervous to pull the trigger because it’s expensive. I did really enjoy the burger though and want some for home

Had not heard of this...but it is fairly often ( like...today... ) that I had 2 veg. patties with salsa for my linch. And they were good.

SO anxious to see if anyone else had tried this one.
