Nice stuff you have there.
Never figured out why they call it bacon, I am canadian and we don't call that bacon in Canada. Must have been a yankee thing. To us here in Canada that would be good old ham. Looks like ham, tastes like ham must be ham  ;)

Homemade corned beef patties topped with poached eggs and Hollandaise. Served with homemade Canadian bacon and a southern biscuit.
