Having an excellent day, thanks for asking! Mids 50's and rather grey here in south central New England. Not to many decent days left around here, will be turning cold soon!

RG, we're about 2 hours south of you. I imagine our weather is pretty much the same as yours.
In addition, we're both in good health with no pressing needs.
I guess you'd say, "we're blessed."

I am glad to hear that everyone is doing well! I have these moments where I sit back and think of how fortunate I am, to live in a country with so much to offer and that I am in relatively good health and it crosses my mind that I need to extend the good "feels" and well wishes to others.

Speaking of weather, I am glad that Fall has finally arrived here in Georgia, it was running late for sure. We need rain, other than that I'll not complain. I'll trade 76 degrees for the 95-98 we've been having, even if it means my grass is dead, lol.

... just trying to ... get back in shape

What shape are you choosing this time? I've always found "pear" is easy to achieve and maintain.

Jus' sayin'...
