Chicken Shawarma

I put some chicken thighs and breasts to marinate last night for Shawarma this evening.
Made a nice Greek salad and rice pilaf to go with the chicken Shawarma as well as a garlic sauce for the chicken.
Oh, and you can't have this meal without hummus and olives.
I almost forgot to get a picture of the chicken on the Keg. This was the last of the chicken not quite as done as it should be.

Looks fantastic! I don't believe that we've ever made shawarma. I might need to add this to the "to do" list.
