Chicken fried steak, garlic mashed potatoes, deep fried fried onion strings, mixed greens or Italian green beans, biscuits and gravy for the CFS.

Needless to say, I'm stuffed!

I KNOW that was GOOD! Man alive! Beats what I ate for dinner by a MILE.
A revolving door of cookers and smokers. Some are keepers, some are here today, gone tomorrow!

Thanks! Just for the record only the mashed potatoes, greens and biscuits were done indoors. I fried the onion strings outside in the electric deep fryer. I fried the steaks on the gas grill burner as well as making the gravy in the same pan.  The weather was perfect for outdoor cooking except it did get a lil windy.
