You are going to love that pizza machine. Several years back I brought mine to an Augusta get together. Dee's SIL (Brad Czajka) brought his and we had dueling pizza ovens. Brad is an executive chef. He made up some pizza dough that we all used to make pizzas. Everyone made their own pizza and Brad and I cooked them. The biggest lesson we learned was that it takes a while to get the fire management right.

Pizza Dough by Brad Czajka

Serving Size: 6
Yield: 6 small pizzas
Ingredients:
4 cups bread flour
1 pack dried yeast
2 teaspoons Kosher salt
2 teaspoons honey
1 teaspoon EVOO
1 1/2 cups water, 107degrees F
Directions:
1. Add the yeast to the water and let bloom for 7 minutes.
2. Add in the salt and honey, let sit for 3 minutes.
3. Add EVOO and then add into the mixer (with a dough hook) into the bread flour and let it go until it’s all together and not sticking to the sides.
4. Cut this recipe into 6 balls and let rise.
5. Each ball is enough to make a thin crust pizza for the Uuni 2.
