Bbq chicken thighs
« Reply #-1 on: March 22, 2020, 06:51:48 PM »
Put on a bbq rub. I cooked at 250 for 2 hours with the skin side up. Than I finished @ 375 for 1 more hour skin side down . I added sauce to only some because I have a  picky 8 year old who doesn’t like any condiments.

Now that is a great looking plate of food.  Those thighs look perfect.
What did you cook them on?
