Gloomy Sunday Morning and Homemade Beignets
« Reply #-1 on: April 19, 2020, 09:47:21 AM »

It's one of those gloomy Sunday mornings in southeast Louisiana and a perfect one for some homemade beignets.

My old T-Fal electric fryer crapped out on me so I had to use a fryer over the gas grill burner.

Pretty darn good with a hot cup of coffee!!!

That looks excellent. The fryer that you've been posting lately crapped out? That sucks.
