Incredibly easy & perfect for using leftovers.
Debone the meat from 1/2 to 1 smoked chicken , put aside
Sauté 1 large colored bell pepper & 2 -3 chopped onions & 2-3 cloves garlic.
1 large can sliced mushrooms.
In crockpot put 2 jars prepared spaghetti sauce, 2 cans Italian style chopped tomatoes & veggies.
Put meat in 1-2 hours before serving.
15 min before serving put in 1/2- 1 cup red wine & pepper & salt to taste.
Serve over pasta or cooked white beans.
Unseasoned chicken on the smoker with a couple butte for the next day.
