Started off with 4lbs if ground poke and 1lb of 85/15 GB.
Added to it some AC Legg #116, BBQ sauce, Sriracha sauce, NFDM and water with Cure 1.
Let rest overnight.
Next morning added some extra sharp Tillamore cheese and ECA.
Remixed,stuffed and smoked.
These came out real well. Enjoy the pics.
